The Contact Center is a structural unit of the University’s Department of Marketing and Public Relations and ensures prompt communication between the University and prospective students, students, parents, alumni, and other stakeholders.
The main objective of the Contact Center is to provide up-to-date, accurate, and timely information on admission, studies, educational programs, and University services, as well as to receive and process inquiries through various communication channels.
The Contact Center operates as a single communication window of the University, ensuring a high level of service, a client-oriented approach, and unified standards of interaction with both internal and external audiences.
